Completed purchases are generally non-refundable, including first-time subscriptions, renewals, and credit packs. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. We will review duplicate or incorrect charges and provide refunds where required by law. Credits returned for verified failed generations are service credits, not payment refunds.
Subscription credits are valid for 30 days and refresh each cycle. Standalone credit packs are valid for 90 days. Every selectable model works with subscription or top-up credits and deducts the listed credits per image.
