The terms that govern your use of Bairoom

These Terms of Service govern your use of Bairoom, an AI product image studio for ecommerce sellers. By accessing or using Bairoom, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your email address current so we can send important account, billing, and security notices.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or use Bairoom in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.
You retain the rights you already have in the product photos, prompts, product labels, logos, trademarks, and other content you upload to Bairoom. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use that content.
Subject to these terms, applicable law, marketplace rules, and third-party provider terms, you may use generated images for commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing them, including checking product accuracy, claims, trademarks, model likenesses, regulatory requirements, and marketplace policies.
Bairoom may process uploaded content and generated images through AI, storage, and infrastructure providers to provide the service.
You may not use Bairoom to:
Bairoom uses credits for product image generation and related actions. Credit amounts, expiration dates, plan limits, and package details are shown in the app or pricing page.
Credits may expire, and successful tasks may consume credits. When the system verifies that a generation failed, the corresponding credits may be returned. We may change plan features, credit amounts, or pricing with notice when required by law or contract.
Paid plans may be offered as a recurring subscription or one-time purchase. If you start a subscription, it renews until canceled through the available billing flow or support process.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. You authorize Dodo Payments to charge your selected payment method for purchases, renewals, taxes, and fees.
Completed purchases are generally non-refundable, including first-time subscriptions, subscription renewals, and credit packs. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund charges for the current billing period. We will review duplicate or incorrect charges and provide refunds where required by applicable law. Credits returned after a verified failed generation are service credits and are not a payment refund. If you believe a charge or credit deduction is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review it.
This refund policy applies to purchases completed on or after August 20, 2026. Purchases completed before that date remain subject to the refund policy presented at the time of purchase.
Bairoom depends on third-party services for AI generation, OAuth login, payment, email, newsletter, storage, analytics, support, and infrastructure. These services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
We work to keep Bairoom reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free generation, specific marketplace outcomes, or that generated images will always meet your expectations.
Bairoom, including its software, interface, templates, branding, documentation, and non-user content, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Bairoom to you.
Feedback you provide may be used to improve Bairoom without obligation to you.
You may stop using Bairoom at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that could harm Bairoom, other users, or third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bairoom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of Bairoom after changes means you accept the updated terms.
