Bairoom helps ecommerce sellers create AI product image assets from uploaded product photos. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using Bairoom.

Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide and protect the service:

Account information: Your name, email address, avatar, login method, account settings, and authentication records.
Product workflow data: Uploaded product photos, prompts, selected templates, task settings, generated images, task status, and usage history.
Payment and credit data: Checkout session IDs, payment provider customer IDs, invoice IDs, plan, subscription, credit package, credit balance, and credit transactions.
Communication data: Messages you send to support, newsletter preferences, and transactional emails such as verification or password reset messages.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device, locale, pages visited, timestamps, logs, and cookie identifiers used for security, analytics, or checkout attribution.

Product Images and AI Generation

When you upload product photos or prompts, we process them to create AI product image outputs. Uploaded product photos and generated images may be sent to configured AI providers, storage providers, and other processors needed to complete the task.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to upload the images, logos, trademarks, product labels, and other content you provide. We do not sell your uploaded product photos or generated images.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account.
Generate, store, display, export, and retry product image tasks.
Track credits, subscriptions, purchases, refunds, and usage.
Process payment through the configured payment provider.
Send security, account, billing, newsletter, and support messages.
Improve reliability, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect Bairoom.
Analyze product usage when analytics tools are enabled.

Bairoom supports email login and OAuth login providers such as Google and GitHub. If you use OAuth, the provider may share account information such as your email address and profile name.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store full card numbers. Dodo Payments processes payment details under its own terms and privacy policy.

Newsletter subscription is opt-in. You can subscribe, unsubscribe, or manage your preference from account settings and from links included in newsletter emails.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, locale preferences, checkout continuity, security, support, and analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Analytics and support tools may include services such as PostHog, OpenPanel, Google Analytics, Umami, Plausible, Ahrefs, Datafast, Seline, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights, and Crisp when they are enabled and configured.

We share information only as needed to operate Bairoom, comply with law, or protect users and the service. Processors may include:

AI generation providers such as OpenAI or compatible image generation services.
Storage providers using S3-compatible infrastructure such as Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3.
Email and newsletter providers such as Resend or Beehiiv.
Dodo Payments for checkout, subscriptions, and billing management.
Authentication, analytics, support, infrastructure, and security providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to respond to abuse, fraud, or security incidents.

Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Bairoom, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Product image task data may be retained while your account remains active or until deletion features, support workflows, or retention limits remove it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails.

To make a request, contact us or email support@bairoom.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

International Processing

Bairoom and its processors may process information in countries other than where you live. By using Bairoom, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed internationally where our providers operate.
